Guided by over 30 years of experience in parent and baby aquatic teaching.
PABA FIT brings expert knowledge, gentle movement and joyful bonding straight to you, wherever you are.
Our Story
PABA FIT was created to give parents a meaningful and accessible way to build confidence in the water with their little ones. Developed by Julie Ann James, an internationally recognised specialist in early years aquatic teaching, PABA FIT blends decades of experience with a modern virtual learning approach.
What began as in-pool classes has grown into a nurturing online programme that supports thousands of families around the world. Every lesson is designed to help parents understand how to move safely and confidently with their baby while creating moments of connection that last a lifetime.
Traditional baby swimming can feel overwhelming for new parents. Busy schedules, location barriers and the pressure to “get it right” can make it difficult to attend in-person classes.
PABA FIT was developed to change that.
Julie Ann wanted to create a programme that empowers parents to learn at their own pace, feel confident before they enter the water and enjoy every session without stress. Our virtual courses give you expert guidance in the comfort of your own space, so you can practise safely and revisit lessons whenever you need to.
Why We Created PABA FIT
Our Approach
At PABA FIT, we believe the water is a place for joy, growth and connection. Our approach is built around four principles:
-
Every movement is designed to strengthen the bond between parent and child.
-
We use baby-led techniques that respect your child’s pace, mood and development.
-
Short, simple lessons help you learn safely and build trust in the water.
-
You are guided every step of the way with clear demonstrations and simple instructions.
